Office Space Allocation Timeline and Procedures

Present:
Applications are available at Student Involvement (200 Nebraska Union or 300 Nebraska East Union)

Monday, 5 p.m., March 1, 2010:
The deadline for applications is Monday, 5 p.m., March 1, 2010. Applications will only be accepted by Student Involvement on City Campus, 200 Nebraska Union. Only completed applications will be reviewed. Late applications will be considered in order of arrival. Preferential treatment is not given to current space users.

Thursday, March 25, 2010:
The Nebraska Union Board Space Allocation Committee makes recommendations to the Nebraska Union Board at the Thursday, March 25, 2010* meeting at 5 p.m. in the Nebraska Union.

Thursday, April 8, 2010:
Nebraska Union Board hears appeals for Space Allocation. Appeals to the Nebraska Union Board can be made at its 5 p.m., April 8, 2010* meeting in the Nebraska Union.
